Louisa Haas holds a double degree in International Management (B.Sc.) from ESB Business School in Reutlingen and Dublin City University as well as a Master’s degree in International Management with a focus on strategy and project management from Trinity College Dublin in Ireland.

Prior to joining the CA team, she gained experience in various international companies. She lived in Nairobi, Kenya, for several months, where she worked for KHS GmbH in the area of Project Management and After Sales. She also joined the Managing Director’s office of Mercedes-Benz (Financial) Services Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur and was leading and responsible for various projects in the areas of strategy, process improvement and business development. Most recently, she worked for Alphabet International GmbH, part of BMW Financial Services, in the Market Intelligence and Strategy department. In addition to market and competitor analyses, she was responsible for the development of an international sales strategy.

Her expertise lies in the areas of automotive/ mobility and business services.

Due to her social, methodological and professional skills, she enhances the team. Her responsibilities as an intern include market and competitor analysis as well as support with the creation of presentations and reports.

Besides work, Cosima is interested in art and sports.
